CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1) How do returns work?

You can raise a request within 3 days to return your items by sending an email to support@amrozia.in by following the shipping and returns policy.

2) Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in Returns Policy? No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

3) Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product? Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product.

4) I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why? A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean any one of the following:

1. The item has been delivered already

OR

2. The item is non-refundable.

5) How do Returns Work? Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, you will be sent the process to follow to return the item.

SHIPPING

1) What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each item. We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. For Products listed as free shipping, there will not be any shipping charges.


2) Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

3) What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors: We offering the product Product's availability. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location.


4) Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Global Fashion?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.


5) Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for each of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.


6) Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on Whether we ship to your location. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location. At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.


7) Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.


8) I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive an email explaining the process. Return fees are borne by the Buyer.


9) What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", We will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.


'Available'

We might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Out of Stock' Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.


'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.


'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available

because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.


'Out of Print'

This product is not available because it is no longer being manufactured and has been permanently discontinued.

Tracking your Order

We will be sending an email with the details of the tracking number for you to be able to track your orders at all stages till the time it is delivered to you.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

1) How do I pay for a purchase?

We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.You may use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase. 2) What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment. In case of any concerns after opening the parcel, you can contact us on support@amrozia.in


3) Are there any charges for a COD purchase?

There may be COD charges per product which will be communicated to you when you transact. We do not process COD orders for invoice value of more than Rs.5000.All the products are valid for a Cash-On-Delivery order, except for those where it is specifically written in the description “Cash on delivery is not available “.


4) How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.


5) What credit cards are supported?

We accept all MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners credit cards.


6) Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept all international credit cards. Our overseas customers and Non Resident Indians can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders.


7) Can I make a credit/debit card or Internet Banking payment through my mobile?

Yes, you can make credit card payments through the mobile site and app. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks.


8) Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. We and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.


9) Does Global Fashion store my credit card information?

No, we do not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by EBS/CCavenue and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Diners secure directly without any information passing through us


10) Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?

Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri Chinchwardi, Kothrud(Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. We are not responsible for any octroi payments.
